We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

In its original condition

In original packaging

Because Fuzora™ inserts are worn on the feet, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear for hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or worn fuzzy inserts

Items returned damaged or with missing parts

Gift cards

Clearance items

Return Process

To start a return, email us at contact@heyfuzora.shop with:

Order number

Full name

Reason for return

Clear photos of the product

Once the return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.

Refund Approval

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

3. Contact your bank
